What is the E-LDF?

The E-LDF is a multi-level, multi-faceted framework that activates leadership growth through a structured, values-aligned system. Designed for today’s complexity, content developed through the E-LDF helps individuals evolve from emerging talent to seasoned executives by building skills across four spheres of influence:

The Ekspand Leadership Development Framework's (E-LDF's) forward-looking approach enables us to deliver training that fosters adaptable, values-aligned leaders at every level, without compromise.

While the framework allows for a range of different formats, subject matter and disciplines in its content creation, it excels at the development of Journeys; multi-level, multi-themed pathways that guides the participant towards leadership excellence. Journeys incorporate both horizontal as well as vertical growth goals, simply due to the nature of the E-LDF's design.

Beyond the spheres of influence, the E-LDF V6 consists of various segmentation, each uniquely contributing to high quality output. Every time content is created, it is categorized according to level, theme and assigned a progressive or FAIR-aligned status. These are referred to as the pillars of the E-LDF.
