Approach
Ekspand guided them through a six-month executive coaching program, integrating tailored coaching with practical leadership tools. The Personal Insight Cycle (PIC)™ served as both a framework and a tool for self-leadership and self-activation. The process included alignment sessions with senior leadership, psychometric assessments, a 360-degree review, and immersive self-reflection exercises.
